The Group's core project, "Grand Field MixPark", is located at the intersection of Xihuan Road and South Ring Middle Road, Buji Sub-district, Longgang District, Shenzhen. With a total investment of approximately RMB 2 billion and a construction area of 180,000 square meters, it is an urban complex integrating high-end smart residences, flagship commerce, commercial offices, and premium apartments.
