The Group's core project, "Grand Field MixPark", is located at the intersection of Xihuan Road and South Ring Middle Road, Buji Sub-district, Longgang District, Shenzhen. With a total investment of approximately RMB 2 billion and a construction area of 180,000 square meters, it is an urban complex integrating high-end smart residences, flagship commerce, commercial offices, and premium apartments. Construction of the project started in 2016 and it was officially put into use in 2021. As a landmark project for the Group's entry into commercial real estate, its investment promotion rate reached 95%. The customer flow exceeded 58,000 person-times and the sales volume surpassed RMB 4.6 million on the opening day, filling the gap of large-scale high-end commerce in the area.
