The Group's core project, "Grand Field MixPark", is located at the intersection of Xihuan Road and South Ring Middle Road, Buji Sub-district, Longgang District, Shenzhen. With a total investment of approximately RMB 2 billion and a construction area of 180,000 square meters, it is an urban complex integrating high-end smart residences, flagship commerce, commercial offices, and premium apartments. Construction of the project started in 2016 and it was officially put into use in 2021. As a landmark project for the Group's entry into commercial real estate, its investment promotion rate reached 95%. The customer flow exceeded 58,000 person-times and the sales volume surpassed RMB 4.6 million on the opening day, filling the gap of large-scale high-end commerce in the area.
In terms of transportation and supporting facilities, the project is approximately 200 meters away from Dexing Station of the planned Metro Line 17, surrounded by Metro Lines 3, 5, and 14 in the vicinity.
