This project is a premium residential project. Summarized based on the market conditions at that time, the overall planning concept of the project was to create a high-rise residential community integrating an ideal lifestyle, adhering to the philosophy of building an ideal home with human-oriented planning and design. All units adopt a six-units-per-elevator structure, are three-bedroom apartments, and there are approximately 100 residential units of different sizes with an area of over 120 square meters. To enhance the value of commercial development, the first floor is designed as an elevated parking lot or semi-enclosed garage, integrated with garden landscapes. In terms of unit design, the project adopts a high proportion of medium and large units in mid-rise buildings, filling the gap in the market for similar-priced properties during the time.
